Sometimes guys can be clueless when it comes to women. It must be they think we're a alien species. The old axiom that men are like dogs and women are like cats applies when you think of what Robert A. Heinlein said. He said, (the guy that wrote Starship Troopers), "women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea." So are you ready to take a grandmother's advice to make up with your ex NOW?
Truer words could not be spoken. Women will do as they please, especially these days and if you're thinking that harassing her to get her back, by constantly calling, emailing, texting, is doing good, you're sadly mistaken.
If you're always in her face, how's she supposed to start missing you? She can't miss what's in front of her 24/7. And I bet that's exactly what you've been doing'!
Give her some space, back up the truck a bit; make a U-ie, turn the corner, and go back home. Hanging outside her door doesn't work either. Besides, that's called stalking. If you want to have any chance at all of getting her back, quit the stalking!
Absence Makes The Heart Grow Fonder
There's an old saying that applies here: Absence Makes the Heart Grow Fonder. The basis of human nature is that it oftentimes wants what it can't have. It's one thing to be in her face day in and day out, but if you take a chill, and drop off her radar completely - maybe not right away - but eventually she will take notice. And that's what you want.Her taking notice that you're not paying her the attention you were is a good thing. She'll start to wonder if maybe you've found someone else.
Let her wonder.
Don't call, don't text, don't email, just don't! And by all means, don't drive by her house at all!
Live your life. Go ahead, go out, and have some fun. Go out to the usual spot, flirt up some of the girls (but not too seriously AND don't take them home!) and you might just find her on your doorstep.
The idea is for her to start missing you, for her to start remembering why she loved you in the first place, before you got uptight and started following her around like a puppy dog. Girls want their space too, they want love, yes, but not the kind that gets shoved at them.
Have some self-respect - girls really don't like doormats - no matter how hard they try and push you around - they're just testing your mettle to see what you're made of. Give her the space to find that out. Be strong. Take the time to develop things you're interested in, so you will be interesting to her. Live your own life - because no one else can do that for you.
And maybe if you play it just right - you won't be living that life alone.
Yes, I know how hard it can be - I've been dumped myself. But I found out the hard way that chasing after your sweetheart is not the way to go about getting her back. That just pushes her further away.

If you have been in a relationship for some time and things have turned sour, there is a good chance that the party who left might not be coming back. Or else, so would you think. However, if you knew the process involved to get him or back, do you think that you could accomplish such a goal? Here are 5 important things that you must do if you want to stand any chance of making up with your ex and getting back together.
Tip 1: The most important thing is that you must reach out and communicate with her yourself
If it no use waiting for her to come to you because there is a good chance that she will not. If she was the one that broke up with you due to some actions which were seen as grievous, why would you think that she would come back? Therefore it is important that you do the first step and contact her. This type of contact does not have to be anything too complicated. Just do not play hard to get as this could backfire and get the two of you more far away from each other.

However, do not mention anything negative which could lead to potential arguments. Therefore, for the moment stay away from other girls. This does not mean that you should not have a social life. However, do not date other women as this can seriously lead to a permanent breakup between the two of you.
